“At about £80 with delivery this is easily the most expensive tree we've ever had. But it really is amazing! Definitely our best ever. It's nearly as wide as it is tall, and it absolutely honks of pine. Delivery was ...fine - we knew it'd arrive sometime before 6pm, but nothing on the day (no texts or emails) to warn how we could track or when it might appear (arrived at 12.30). Would be great to see something environmentally friendly wrapping the tree (it came with the usual thin strandy net thingy + thick red plastic wrapping).”

“Can be described as a disaster. My living room has comfortably made room for a 7 or even 8 foot tree in the past. So a 6 foot is what I tend to now buy and should always be more than ok. But this tree was the fattest tree I have EVER seen. As wide as it is tall. It took up half the room. Was utterly dismayed and panicked when I got it in the house.had to cycle to your local branch and ask if it could be swapped. Then had to hire a van, get it to the Stoke newington branch, swap it for a normal one, get it home then drop the van. An absolute palaver. And just to state, that when one of your staff saw the tree you’d delivered, they doubled over in laughter at its width. So to assert. This is not the account of a fussy customer. The tree was ridiculous!”
