As a complete beginner this class was pitched perfectly so that I learnt the basics of threading the sewing machine and bobbin as welll as learning how and when to use particular stitches. Definitely worth it.

It was a super great class with Susan! She has been in the industry for 40+ years, the class was very practical, easy to follow, all explained clearly and very enjoyable. Susan is a great teacher, prepared, and super diligent, gave us the best advices, anticipating questions etc. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to understand foundations and a little bit more, tricks here and there. I thoroughly enjoyed it, the atmosphere was great, and Susan very accomodating. I learned a lot.

This was one of the best creative classes I've been to. Susan was incredible, so knowledgeable and a great teacher. The class moved at a good pace, you learn everything you need to go away and start practising, and she gives you some great resources. I wish she offered more classes! Highly recommend.

Susan was a fantastic teacher. She was very knowledgable and very patient, and in a class of six people, she was always nearby to help, clarify, repeat instructions, or encourage you. I really enjoyed the class, now I want to do really get into sewing! Thanks Susan.
