“We explained that my husband had an accident and is currently in the hospital, but this was not taken into consideration.
We requested to postpone the date to next year, and while they agreed, they insisted we pay an additional $75 per person. On top of that, they suggested we give the spot to someone else—what a joke, considering it was originally a gift for my husband!
