In true Melbourne style, the set up is in a lovely garage. I'm so glad I finally took this class, and I only wish I had done it earlier! Its a great class for beginners and I am more aware of what to look out for when I have my next coffee and when I purchase my next lot of beans. It was most valuable to have someone show me and correct my technique/habits that I subconsciously developed on my home machine (this is the part you wont get from youtubing - someone to provide that feedback).”
