I attended a Barista masterclass on Sunday, and it was absolutely fantastic! Angie, our instructor, was epic. She was incredibly informative, funny, engaging, and very welcoming of all our questions. The class atmosphere was great, with a wonderful group of people adding some fun banter, making the experience even more enjoyable. I learned so much and realized all the "mistakes" I was making with my coffee at home. Now I have some work to do to perfect my barista skills! Highly recommend this class to anyone looking to up their coffee game.

It was a great lesson even for a total beginner like me. The teacher is nice and kind, and the instructions are precise and easy to understand. I became more interested in the world of coffee after taking the lesson. We learned about the differences in coffee beans, types of coffee such as cappuccino, latte, flat white, and magic, how to prepare milk, create latte art, and clean the machine. It was a really good lesson.

I had a lovely experience at the beginners class where Angie, our teacher taught us from the basics of coffee making. She is enthusiastic and energetic on what she does. She covered some theory lessons including history of coffee, coffee varieties, coffee menus, and about the Melbourne coffee culture. It is the ideal place for s beginner barista to practice coffee. We got the chance to practice with the grinder and coffee machine. We had our own space in doing it and she guided us. I enjoyed every bit of it. I’m glad that I chose this class and I’d definitely go to the intermediate class to get more skills. It was worth for money.
