Very informative and structured. Jess was able to walk us through all the steps easily and gave us enough information and guidance to leave us confident that we would be able to make the sourdough bread ourselves.

Thinking before I arrived that I knew it all, Jess quickly changed that showing us that making sour dough bread can be done easily by anyone even if you have no idea or time. Jess expertise and deep knowledge of this craft was priceless as she went through all the basics. Her friendly character and passion for the craft oozed throughout the class and she was able to capture our full attention. Overall a well designed short course that will get you baking in no time. I really enjoyed the class. We made the dough from some very special 90-year old starter - I never want to break this chain! We took the dough home and the next day I made my beautiful bread, which was devoured by the family. Jess gave us SO MANY helpful tips, they will surely come in handy as I develop the skills. The class was easy to follow, and just the right balance of theory and hands-on. Loved it, and highly recommend!

Super informative with lovely host Jess. Note that you make the dough in class but take the dough home to bake the next day so make sure you have a little time available to do that at home the day after your booking!

Jess got us straight into mixing our dough. While it rested she passed on a wealth of knowledge, tips, & techniques to give us confidence to become breadmakers. I left with a basket of dough that I baked into fantastic sourdough bread the next morning. 3hrs, new skill, fun environment, what more could you want.
