The class was informative, interesting and Jess provided a great incite to the ups and downs of baking sourdough. My daughter Emily and I have made our "first loaf" and whilst it was not perfect, it was delicious and having our new found friend (starter Graham - named after my father who is also in his 90s) we will be certainly making more and trying to perfect this ancient art!”
