Jess was a fantastic teacher and provided a thorough overview of sourdough baking for beginners in a friendly atmosphere. Further, she provided us with a ebook packed full of tips. I had a great time and feel empowered with the know-how to try sourdough baking on my own!

It was a great sourdough bread making class. Jess is an amazing teacher. She led us through the whole process of fermentation, measuring the ingredients, kneading and baking techniques. We learnt why sourdough is simply the best bread for a healthy gut. She gave us all a 90 yo sourdough starter to take home with thorough care instructions, a banneton basket, and perfect loaf to take and bake at home the following day. I baked the bread today, and it tastes absolutely delicious. Thank you Jess!

Was great fun making sourdough. I learnt heaps more from this class than I could out of a book. Just enrol and do it. It was fun. I baked my dough in the morning and it was perfect

I loved the class! Everyone took home their own bread in a banneton to bake the next day. Very knowledgeable teacher. Made everyone comfortable and answered our many questions.
