This class was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! Chef Parsati is kind, friendly, well traveled, and knowledgable. As she taught us to make dumplings, we laughed, shared stories, and discussed the nuances of food and cooking. We finished our class by eating the dumplings we made and they were delicious! We made pan fried and steamed dumplings. Chef Parsati had everything prepped so we didn't waste time and dove right in. My favorite part is that we felt like family and the evening was incredibly fun and laid back. I HIGHLY recommend Chef Parsati's classes and will be taking another one soon!

this was such fun interactive class! Our instructor had such a wonderful energy and the instructions she gave were very clear and easy to follow. It is awesome to be able to learn new cooking styles that we can take back and make at home! I also absolutely loved how it was both vegetarian and meat friendly. Not to mention also very health conscious as well definitely will take more classes with Chef Paro.

This class was so wonderful! We made 2 types of dumplings and even got a delicious soup in between! Our instructor was super knowledgeable and so kind! The environment was welcoming and very roomy. We left full and still had some extra to take home, I highly recommend this class if you’re looking for a fusion of flavors, delicious food and great company!

Chef Paro was really considerate with my gluten free choices, she also made sure I am ok with all the ingredients and was very accommodating in that manner. Also the dumpling soup and sauce she taught us was super awesome. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and would love to go again for a class soon. She also inspired me through her wide and extensive cooking experience. She also provided tips during cooking to make sure we don’t make mistakes while cooking dumpling, which was awesome !

Chef Parsati explained her philsophy on dumplings with clarity and humour, and taught us how to make two different kinds of dumplings. Before the class, she enquired about food allergies; during the class, she was careful to customise the ingredients around our dietary needs. My dumplings turned out delicious! Even though I arrived quite hungry, by the end of the class, I felt satisfied with all the yummy food that I learnt how to make. After the class, Chef Parsati was prompt in sending me a PDF of the class recipes. If you enjoy dumplings and want to make your own, take one of Chef Parsati's classes. You'll learn a lot and have a wonderful time!

So this was a surprise anniversary gift for my husband. I wanted to do something special and that we hadn't done before and Chef Parsati fulfilled all of my hopes. We had great conversation, she explained everything really well and gave plenty of tips for substitutes due to food allergies. She was very friendly, made us feel welcome and comfortable and the lesson ended up being fun and delicious. So happy we decided to give dumpling making a try, we were not disappointed.

Chef Parsati curated a wonderfully delicious and engaging experience. Her cooking, recipe, and ingredient knowledge was worldly and vast. Overall cooking with Chef was excellent and warm. We will be enjoying the leftovers for a few meals.

Chef Parsati was so nice and welcoming! She taught two teens different kinds of dumplings. The kids had fun. The dumplings were delicious! Thank you, Chef Parsati for a wonderful time!
