“As a Caffitalia machine my family owns and enjoys in Italy. and the CBTL coffee is a perfect complement. As close to the real deal machine and coffee as I can get, if one is trying to duplicate how coffe is enjoyed in Itlay.”

“A problem occurred after initial setup and priming. Water would not heat. Tried for two days to get it to work and was about ready to call customer service and I tried it again and it worked and has been working fine since.”

“3 Stars and yes I would recommend it. Why? I love this coffee machine and the coffee. I had to buy another one as the first I purchased had multiple issues from not turning on at all, to leaking and only making partial cups of coffee. Getting a hold of customer service takes weeks and there is no result. So I love the machine, but the support is absolutely awful.”
