“I understand the shipment would take longer time to deliver to my destination. However the machine was already dead on arrival. It was very poor packaging. Once I open the box, I found once loosely bubbling wrap to protect the machine. I called customer service couple times but forward to Voicemail. I had to sent tickets via website couple times and waited couple days before I got the answer. Understand the pandemic impacts, but the service still under the par.”

“I am a die hard fan of Coffee Bean and go at least once a day. As of today I have over 850 points with CBTL in a year.
For Christmas my mom bought me the CBTL espresso machine and the frothing milk pot. I added Italian espresso pods, vanilla, chocolate and mint chocolate powders and a big bag of matcha powder to make all my favorites.
Now each morning my husband and I are enjoying the great cups of espresso or tea before we head off to work.
Loving the great product it produces easily.
FYI I have owned the k cup machine and have never been happy with the taste.”
