the Espresso maker is not working from the day one..i sent 4 emails since you can't call coffee bean ..and there is no phone number for customer service ..so i have to call my bank to dispute the amount..i don't recomend to buy this one.. Essam

Purchased it as a replacement as my old one was leaking, unfortunately this is not making the nice, foamy espresso I used to make and love. Contacted few days ago, and I’m still waiting for a response. Not too happy…

Excellent coffee , but design flaw in this latest model with the water tank too close to the open and close lever, which makes contact when lifted and lowered, causing chip and crack in the lid and tank top.

Great coffee brewer! Sturdy, efficient and the size is perfect! I highly recommended this to my friends. I’m very happy and now I will buy my brother for his birthday.

I understand the shipment would take longer time to deliver to my destination. However the machine was already dead on arrival. It was very poor packaging. Once I open the box, I found once loosely bubbling wrap to protect the machine. I called customer service couple times but forward to Voicemail. I had to sent tickets via website couple times and waited couple days before I got the answer. Understand the pandemic impacts, but the service still under the par.
