“I've had my Comfortbilt stove since January 2021. In that time, we've gone through 5 igniter. The last time we had to call and get a replacement we waited for several weeks for it to even ship. Really disappointed in the quality of the igniter/stove as we can't ever even rely on it starting when we need it.”
“I give it a 2 star for the quality of the unit and 5 stars for customers support, went thru 2 of them during the winter, they said they are working on the upgrade , I run my unit on eco mode because it gets too hot in the house”
