“the first one lasted almost two years. This one seems to ignite the pellets quicker than the old one hope it lasts longer.”

“I give it a 2 star for the quality of the unit and 5 stars for customers support, went thru 2 of them during the winter, they said they are working on the upgrade , I run my unit on eco mode because it gets too hot in the house”
