“I have a HP21. I have had to replace the igniter, sensors, and 3 other components. So I'm not very happy about the quality of the product, but with that being said I'm very happy with the service I received from the service department. The last wiring harness I replaced seems to have fixed the problem. It's actually run for the last month with out issue, But I'm fortunate this only heats a 224 sq. feet four season porch. If this had been a primary heat source I would have been very disappointed with the HP21.”
“Don't have a problem with igniter but am very disappointed in the performance of the stove itself, have had nothing but trouble since we bought it two years ago. Clean it every 3 days, it Constantly shuts down and it always has pellets in it . I wish I'd never spent that kind of money on it. I should of bought another propane stove instead.”
