“My daughter picked this for my mum’s birthday and the cake is delicious,. However, if you are expecting a a green pistachio tasting sponge you’ll be disappointed as we couldn’t tell it was pistachio from the sponge. The filling is also lovely, not too sweet but again not particularly nutty albeit there were pistachio kernels inside. We ordered online and it arrived on time and was very well packaged.”
