The tangy passionfruit combined with the nutty pistachio buttercream created a flavor that wasn't overly sweet but still tasty. Topped with pistachios, freeze-dried raspberries, and chocolate pearls, was both a visual and flavour treat. Is definitely a strong contender against Squidge Cake and I will struggle to choose one next time.”
