“The smart dimmer is a great switch when it is working properly. For some reason it keeps falling offline where as my second generation smart switches work great. Think it might be a compatibility issue. Like the switch just wish i didn't have to keep connecting it to wi-fi”

- Ensure your router is on the 2.4 GHz band and the network is stable.
- Reset the dimmer and re-add it to your network.
