“This is the second time the dimmer was swapped out. I went through Safe Haven where they charged me double to cost for these item. I regret this purchase. The switch literally turns off while you’re not idle in the room.”

“Terrible customer service. The light switch I purchased is incompatible and there is no assistance to troubleshoot. I’m now stuck with a product I cannot use and don’t trust that if I reorder I won’t be in the same scenario again. I extremely disappointed. Do not waste your time and money!!”
