The switches work fine as they are designed. I have two primary issues with them. (1) high cost because I was forced to pay for “easy change” in a new house when I will rarely change them and don’t have an issue with difficulty of changing a switch (2) need a smart switch at every location for multi location switches. Should only need one smart switch that can handle position of other dumb switches (I previously had a smart switch that could do this). Now I have many dumb switches that I have no need for!

Well out ofnthe 7 we have 3 of them didn't work so had to re order new one. Haven't been installed the new ones yet.

Thank you for taking time to give us a review. Tech Support spoke with you and sent a replacement switch previously, noting to let us know if that didn't resolve the issue. If the replacement didn't work, it may be wiring, incompatibility in the location, or the integration. Please let us know so we can continue to assist if the replacement is having the same issue as that helps us narrow down what can be happening in your situation.
