Ordered this style based upon reviews, and I was not disappointed! However, I don’t have any problems changing out to a new roll of towels at all. Love the look, and weight of this product. The shelf on top is perfect for seasonal decorating too!”
“The wing nuts on the end are terribly hard to open and close to add a new roll on. A peg or slide in bar would be a better solution. Very cute but NOT easy to use (reload roll)”

“Not functional, one screw missing, even as I tried sitting on counter it kept toppling over asked to return but it seemed to be a lot of trouble taking pictures, email after another- I’ll just take the list & know not to order anything else seeing how it’s an issue if you receive something like this! A waste sorry to say, Iv purchased a few- but no more!!”
