“Everything received was beautiful. The only reason I’ve given it 4 stars is due to how long it took to ship. I got an email stating it would ship the beginning of April (I ordered beginning of March) so that’s what I expected. It didn’t ship out until the end of April which was definitely a disappointment. As far as the items go, everything was beautiful lot crafted and looks great in the home. I love that they’re all versatile to where they can be kept out year long.”

“The stool legs were moldy, and the boot tray was bent which I’m sure happened during shipping. I’ve always been extremely happy with anything I ordered, but this was a big disappointment. I was also disappointed in D.S.’s response of a $25 G.C. For the damages. The rest of the items were fine, not what I expected, but fine.
Edit* -after several more e-mails, the situation has been rectified. DS offered new items, or in-store credit to make the situation right. I have no complaints, and will continue to be a faithful Decor Steals customer!”
