“The light is fantastic, very bright, controllable with buttons or phone. The support responsiveness NON EXISTENT. Chat, Email and Phone get ZERO responses. I purchased a new LightRanger 2000 directly from the company website. One of the lights bars does not work. I am looking for an RMA or solution to fix the light bar.
