Pros
Simple, and does not require much setup.
Cons
The remote, Bluetooth control is spotty. The device will shut down after sitting idle for a period of time. The only way to “wake up” is to physically turn it back on. It does not matter how close you are to the device. I constantly found myself having to reconnect to the device from scratch in the middle of the night. And if it is asleep, it will not connect.
When using the motion sensor remote control is over written. So if you want to turn on the light for say 20 min, you have to get up and physically unplug the

These are both nitpicks. However this is a premium product for its category. So I am being extra critical
I think these issues could be resolved with software update? Basically the current app is very basic. I would prefer more control such that I can address that’s issues via settings.
I would sacrifice battery life for keeping it awake and communicating with my phone. Or whatever it needs to do so Bluetooth can find the device in the middle of the night. I would have not issues with having to charge it back up each day.”
