I purchased for my husband, he loves it!!! He has struggled with back pain for years, gets cortisone shots quarterly for the pain. This will more than keep him going between shots. When I was finally able to get it away from him, I used it for my shoulder. I had strained it a few months ago and had limited movement due to the pain. After about a week of daily use, I have nearly full movement again. I also used it for my back, I do a lot of lifting and twisting at work, so end up stiff and sore by the end of the day. I love this little machine so much so, I actually bought a second one so I could use it at work without depriving my husband of his. I have since recommended it to several of my coworkers, one has already ordered the same package as I did, and is eagerly awaiting its arrival. We used to swap gripes about our aches and pains, now we can swap stories of how great we feel. Thank you DR HO! Your device truly is amazing!

found the product very comforting, and relaxing. Was under the impression that it would be electric shocks, however it stimulates the muscle. very happy with it.

Where do I even start... I purchased my Dr. Ho's Pain Therapy Pro System and must say I was very disappointed in the quality of the unit. The unit also came with a defective screen. I emailed customer service who were very helpful and after providing photos they said to send it back and they will send a new one. After 3 weeks of waiting for them to process the exchange a new device was shipped. The new unit was even more defective than the first. This one didn't work at all PLUS it was used/refurbished. Scratches all over, chrome missing from the button and the unit did not TENS at all. I emailed customer service again and they were very helpful. After sending a videos and photos they said to ship it back and they will provide a new one. I am currently waiting for my 3rd device. I am 6 weeks from original purchase date and have yet to be able to use it. Dr. Ho's has assured me the 3rd unit will be new and in working order - only time will tell. Extremely expensive for the hassle and quality of the unit.
