“I bought this on 3/5/18 and it broke on 3/11/18, the ship date was on 3/5/18 , so im sure it took a few days to get here from tx to FL . I really liked it and felt really comfortable, until i was laying down and heard aloud POW! The brace popped, only used the hand pump that came with it, i didnt see any pressure gage or instruction on how much air it holds. Well good thing its under warranty , i will up date on how that goes, because i do like and it was comfortable, I got this product from Ortho pain solutions,llc, so i will call them first, but it says Dr's Ho's on it.”
