“Before I open the package I noticed that I did not receive what the Ad on TV discussed. This was supposed to be a special TV offer, and when you go to the website you get their basic package. First sign, my trust in the product went downhill from there. In addition to this, when you call to place your order, you will be approached with all this up selling of other products from Dr. Ho's sales team. Thank you, but no thanks!”

“I was so looking forward to receiving the Back inflatable brace. I have severe back pain as a result of slipped discs and scoliosis. I rushed to open the package when it came and immediately noticed the back brace was not as wide as it looked to be on television. Undeterred, I put it on and began to pump it up. Whenever I took off the pump the air would leak and the brace would deflate. After several tries I thought I would use the brace without the air just to see if it would help. But because it was so narrow it slipped. I couldn't keep it on my lower back where it was needed. I tried to tighten it. I tried under my clothes, and I tried over my clothes. NOTHING worked. I gave up. I was so disappointed. But my husband ordered a much wider brace, much lighter and much less expensive from Amazon. It works much better than this belt. In my estimation, it is definitely NOT worth the money. I sent it back.”
