“My only issue is it seems when I hook up the two pads one is always stronger than the other? Pulses more than the other....Is this how it works? Almost seems like one doesn't work?”

“I ordered a new system (first one lasted 18 months and I used it sparingly)and the on/off button broke within 2 weeks. It has taken me over 2 weeks and 3 trips to FedEx to return. It is still sitting there awaiting a return label.A second one arrived (I complained) and the display glass is badly cracked. It's a great product when it works but getting a working unit hasn't been easy and their logistics are horrible. Sorry.”

“While I don't like how the pads need to be wet (so they're COLD when applied to my back!) I do like the relief I get from the product.”

“Nothing I tried ever helped my sciatica. I tried everything the chiropractors could throw my way. It felt good, but it never lasted long. When I would try to sleep at night, my sciatica was so bad, it felt like I was bent in half backwards. I also have 4 herniated discs and a bad neck. I was very skeptical of this Dr. Ho product, but my friend insisted that I try hers. The results blew me away. My sciatica has felt fine the last 6 months. Now I just purchased my own Dr Ho pain therapy system PRO and I am 100% confident my back will rejoice to be reacquainted with it.”
