My favorite purchase ever! I am amazed and intrigued by the ingenuity of the design and function of the massage elements. I would love to chat with the designers, at the very least to applaud them. This chair is brilliant. It was a huge purchase for me but worth it as part of my healthcare plan.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our new Inada massage chair this Christmas holiday. It was perfect to come home to after a day of skiing with tired muscles. All of our friends and family took turns and raved about the chair. :) Thank you.

This is very good. But my inada massage chair after 5year has problem. Back cover and left side power has no good. Do you have repair my chair?

Very diapoint .. meaning is this DreamWave massage chair very expensive price around $10000 but some function lower than $2000 massage chair..also arm air bag located different area so balance is not good. and other weak point is very hard too use manual keypad. very confused. This INADA DreamWave massage chair most feeling little better than cheaper but not reached my expect.

My Inada Dereamwave was not warking and I was directed to contact Caitlin Dudsak. She was very professional, fast and patient. I canot think of any better company provides quality customer service like Caitlin. I am totally happy with her hard working which doesn't waste my time, energy and money. I only wish this wonderful machine has wireless remote control in the future.

I purchased their top of the line Dreamwave Sogno chair. I took an extended warranty on the chair, the mechanics still function well, but the black vinyl exterior is disintegrating on the back cushion, the seat and the right arm pad. I am only 150 lbs and I use the chair an average 2 times a week. This problem started after 4.5 years. The chair will be 5 years old in November. I am hoping their customer service is as good as their massage chair and they can replace the vinyl sections on the chair under warranty. I will let you know how this all works out. Best massage chair on the market, but it needs to last more than 4.5 years.

This is a great addition to anyone's health . I'm a Doctor of Chiropractic , and I endorse this product . I have the Dreamwave chair and absolutely love it . I use it everyday .
