“I've been using the Littman 3200 Electronic Stethoscope for the past 10 years. I upgraded recently to the Littman Core Digital Stethoscope which I think is better acoustically for me. I found it helpful to have the app and be able to see the phonocardiogram portion as well. I do miss not having the pulse measured on the device (as it was on the model 3200). I also like that the 3200 ran on AA batteries so if it ran out of power, I could merely change batteries. I also bought the EKO DUO which was a disappointment since I could never get a clean EKG on the app. If you want a quick rhythm strip, you're better off using the Kardia device.”

“I am a hearing impaired critical care nurse. Littman is the only amplified stethoscope that seamlessly streams directly to my Oticon hearing aids, and the CORE is the only one that I can also use on pedi patients. It’s absolutely amazing and I’m so appreciative of the technology.”

“I am hard of hearing and this stethoscope enables me to take care of my patients to the best of my ability. Also- I teach student nurses and letting them use it while they look at the app has been a great learning tool.”

“I just got my new Eko at the onset of RSV season. So far I can really hear both lungs and heart, get accurate heart rate. Amazing”
