“Great sound quality. App is much better than on first generation. Terrific battery life. Not sure if the active noise cancellation is effective but I am also an Air Pods Pro customer and consequently spoiled by that product. Nonetheless the overall quality of this stethoscope is quite good.”

“I upgraded from the master cardiology to the CORE and couldn't be happier. As a paramedic and ER Nurse, I can actually hear in the back of a moving ambulance or in a noisy ER with lots of background noise. The noise cancelling and sound amplification features make a huge difference and it's much easier to differentiate lung sounds.”

“When I first received the Littman stethoscope I underestimated it, I thought it would be like others. But since I've had it I've couldn't put it down. It is very accurate and on point when I feel like I've missed the heartbeat it will let me know immediatelately or I can go back and check. Not only has it been helpful for me it's been good for my patients also. Its been able to pick up skipped heartbeats and slow heart rhythms. I believe 3M deserves more than a 5.”

“I love this thing. I have some hearing issues and this really helps. The noise cancelling really helps for intubations when it loud and you're listening for breathsounds.”

“Sound quality excellent and software to file sound clips to patient file user friendly and not really time consuming, takes a couple of minutes only.”

“The acoustics are very impressive. I appreciate that I can easily toggle between analog and amplified if I am having difficulty hearing. Im an RN in primary care, and this is such a valuable tool. Absolutely recommend. 100%”

“Got it about 2 weeks ago, still learning all the features but the sound quality is excellent. I am a paramedic and usually in less the perfect environments for listening. Haven't had a problem hearing”
