“Well, I have three Littmann stethoscopes, all reasonably high end units. Struggling to hear accurate lung sounds and taking accurate blood pressures in a moving rig as well as in a patient home when the patient is writhing in pain is (let us say) difficult at least. I saw this unit and said to myself “let’s give it a try”. I knew my wife would frown at the price, but I need the tools for the job. I am also a nursing student, so this serves multiple roles. I got this unit (may get the EKO ECG version next) and WOW! I love this unit. I guard it with my life, because I know everyone is going to want it. I need to find a proper case for it because none of my other Littmann cases will fit it. But, this is the best set of ears I’ve owned. Love it!”

“Bought these with the hope it would work with hearing aids. I can get sounds to the hearing aids but sound quality is horrible so unable to use with my hearing aids. But because the stethoscope does make sounds louder can use them better with my hearing than a regular stethoscope. Would hope in future they could get better to work with hearing aids as that would be a major help.”

“I have the regular Core, bought the Littmann hoping for better sound. Heart sounds are great. Lung sounds with a large patient, not so much. I have trialed switching from this to my old Littmann and wheezing much easier to hear with the old Littmann. Sigh.”

“First of all the tube is too short for veterinary use!! We have to have a minimum of 34 to 36 inches of the tubing so we can stay at a safe distance from the animals face so that we don't get bite injuries!! Besides the tube is too short to go around the neck so it keeps falling down!! I would love to return it and get a longer tube replacement for my stethoscope!! Thank you.”
