“I placed 2 orders of 5 pairs of ear tips and only received one order of 5 pairs. I have had issues the ear tips breaking at the base of where they go on the stethoscope. If you could offer an option of a little harder rubber or plastic I think that would last longer.”

“EAR TIPS ARE FINE...BUT, MY STETHOSCOPE IS BROKEN AND I’VE CALLED/EMAILED EKO A MINIMUM OF 6 TIMES AND CANNOT GET A RESPONSE...REALLY...WHAT DOES A CUSTOMER HAVE TO DO TO GET SOME ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE...I’VE ONLY HAD MY STETHOSCOPE FOR 10 MONTHS AND IT’S ALREADY BROKEN...VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH EKO’S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!”

“The ear tip come disconnected from the stethoscope easily, and one is not aware until you go to use the stethoscope; and the ear tip is lost. Thus it was necessary to buy extra ear tips.”
