“At age 49, I can't hear as well these days. This has been a game changer. It easy to go from lung and heart sounds. I am also able to see a quick rhythm in ER triage and as admission nurse. The sound quality cannot be described, you must hear to believe!”

“I love my new Eko Core 500 stethoscope. I had a previous Eko device but the battery life was down and there was a lot of new bluetooth interference with it. The 500 doesn't have these problems. No problem staying connected all day and the battery lasts for days. The only thing wrong was that I was supposed to get free engraving and when it was delivered, it was not engraved.”

“I have tried many of the digital stethoscopes available and despite my excitement stopped using them quickly for various reasons, too unwieldy, annoying controls to have to remember, poor battery life or slow charging. This seems to have addressed all of those issues. Very easy to carry on the neck or in a white coat pocket. Straightforward controls. Easy charging with USB C and very long battery life. Its standby mode works most of the time and if I have to wake it manually, one button press and it's ready to go. Use it all the time. Easy to hear in the emergency department.”

“I just got mine. Packaging was excellent and it works as good as advertised. Not heavy at all. It would have been nice if they included more replacement ear tips. Overall, it's well worth the money. I've used over 30 different stethoscopes over the years and this one is the best. It beats Littman Cardiology and my trusted Tyco.”
