“Best audio EVER. I’m an ER doc with 30+ years experience. Worked GREAT for 2 days and then the top button stopped working! After several days of no action someone finally asked for my address to send a replacement. I can’t turn it off nor scroll through options…”

“I got my Eko Core 500 a month after I bought my Littman Eko stethoscope. I love it. Sound when raise volume gets a bit distorted and noise cancellation could be better. But it is a great product. My most important concern is that when you play the sound in the app you could barely hear it. Even when recorded at the loudest volume, forget about sending it to someone, they could barely hear the sound even with headphones with noise cancellation. I have the same issue with my Littman Eko one. In the site they only had the black model available, I wish they sell the tubing replacement part of different colors separate Instead of having to buy another stethoscope, not a big deal but would be nice.”

“Exceeded my expectations ! What a game changer . I use it in practice at bedside and as nurse educator , a wonderful teaching tool!!. This stethoscope is a game changer for sure !”

“Does a great job amplifying. Contact is hard to establish without some sort of gel or alcohol wipes. The EKG leads are finicky but difficult to get great tracings. Overall I am happy with it!”
