Love the Eko, not so hot on the app. I wanted to use bluetooth and headphones for exams. The boost function fails to maintain chosen level between exams. Very unhappy with this. Otherwise a great stethoscope.

This is a great upgrade to their previous model. The ECG is very clean and the acoustics are really clear. The Bluetooth latency has improved tremendously as well. Great stethoscope.

an amazing holiday gift. I brought 4 of them, one for each paramedic in group.

I like the capabilities that this stethoscope has but will have to get used to having the volume control. At this point, I don't tolerate the high volume. The lower volumes are like my non-digital stethoscope. However, now in my late 50s, I may appreciate having the option of higher volumes as I get older. Thanks for this option.

When I first used this heart listener apparatus, I thought it must be broken. Sure, I could hear clearly the lubbies and the...thumpies...and the occasional squeaks. But there was a squiggly line creeping across the glass top of the device! Was it a worm? A signal in the ether? An excess of phlegm in the observer? After much relentless clinical observation, this diagnostic tool seems to be picking up some sort of recurring, cyclical...signal?...from the patient's own thoracic cavity! An autopsy will be necessary to prove my hypothesis, obviously, but happily I won't have to wait long. Great tool, and fun to use!

Love the device but I'm still not sure I'm hearing everything I should vs. hearing too much. The "filter" seems to work fairly well - just not ready to fully trust it just yet. Also having problems linking it to my phone
