“So, to be honest, this thing is next level amazing. I really did not have time to read the literature, but if what I am seeing/observing is correct, when a patient has an irregular rhythm, it starts an immediate ecg on the stethascope. Otherwise, I do not know why it is doing that. It's already paid for itself within a week of me having it. I am a brand new RN, and I'm telling you minor quirks aside because I have not had time to fully read, this is just unbelievably amazing as far as a stethascope is concerned. I have a Littman Cardiology IV, and for the price, it's not THAT much more to pay for a great stethascope. Only time will tell how durable it is. My only regret is I should have gotten my name engraved. I would send it back to be done, but I do not think I can live without this. I work on medical surgical and the majority of my patients are on telemetry. It's very worth, but don't do like I did, fully read all the literature so you know how it works, it is quite comprehensive and sometimes a little quirky. The backorder wait was worth it.”

“No joke, this is the best stethoscope I’ve ever owned in my veterinary career of 35 years. It’s even better than the first generation Eko stethoscope. I can hear everything so clearly and loudly with whatever the default settings are. Because of the way I hold it on the animals chest, I cannot see the display, but that doesn’t really matter. I can use the app for that. It gives me a heart rate - no more counting in my head while the pet owner is jabbering at me!”

“Even though the ekg will not work due to the artifacts while driving, using this in the ambulance to check for lung sounds and manual blood pressures when needed comes in handy almost every day”

“I am a critical care flight paramedic. This steth is the best one I have ever had, and I have several of the EKO steths. I have found this steth is particularly good for loud environments; for patients who are uncooperative or diaphoretic. The three lead ECG capability in the app is awesome and I use it frequently. I am very possessive about this instrument and had my name engraved on it. It is part of me: wherever I go, it goes.”

“Out of the box it does everything it was speced out as. The noise canceling features are amazing, the quick EKG gives me an additional piece of information in my initial assessment that I did got before for most patients. My patients and colleagues are all amazed and my colleagues want one now.”
