“Disappointed, it appears to be to sensitive and picks up multiple background sounds. I have tried this on a few of my patient's. What is a number where I can reach a customer SVC member”

“I’m an emergency physician and have used Littman cardiology stethoscopes for decades. I really don’t have a clue what I’m listening to with my EKO so it just sits on my desk. Especially lung sounds. Also I thought I could just place it on somebody’s chest and get a rhythm strip, but it’s not that easy. Sometimes it takes over a minute for it to pick up the rhythm and then the gain is so small I can’t see the rhythm. Is it me or do others find the same issues?”

“I am disappointed with the quality and audio output. I called EKO a toy and left it on a table for the kids to play Doctor. I am back to using my Littmann.”

“I really like the stethoscope. The screen is not touch screen which I for some reason thought that it was. Overall the battery charge lasts for a long time.”
