“Disappointed, it appears to be to sensitive and picks up multiple background sounds. I have tried this on a few of my patient's. What is a number where I can reach a customer SVC member”

“I’m an emergency physician and have used Littman cardiology stethoscopes for decades. I really don’t have a clue what I’m listening to with my EKO so it just sits on my desk. Especially lung sounds. Also I thought I could just place it on somebody’s chest and get a rhythm strip, but it’s not that easy. Sometimes it takes over a minute for it to pick up the rhythm and then the gain is so small I can’t see the rhythm. Is it me or do others find the same issues?”

“I am disappointed with the quality and audio output. I called EKO a toy and left it on a table for the kids to play Doctor. I am back to using my Littmann.”

“I really like the stethoscope. The screen is not touch screen which I for some reason thought that it was. Overall the battery charge lasts for a long time.”

“- unless I place the stethoscope on bare skin, it is not good enough to pick up heart sounds - displaying the wave forms on the phone takes far too long in primary care”

“I have been a RN for 52 years and this stethoscope is amazing. I actually picked up a murmur on a patient prior to the physician picking it up. He was skeptical about the finding until he actually listened for himself. He had to admit that the EKO stethoscope was indeed correct.”
