“I am upset that I sent a mesage trying to cancel my fees and never got an answer from your company...I was charged and now you send me a review. I would like to cancel my membership and it not allow me into my account. please help me log into my account so I do not have any further fees.”

“Bought Eko with trial of membership for something I didn’t even use and was charged 14 days later for full membership of $119 without a refund!! I asked for my money back I also cancelled in the app and nothing happened! Do not get the trial! Stethoscope worth every penny. Eko Company customer service is a joke! Would not give money back. Just awful.”

“When I first got the Eko Core 500, it worked fine for about a week, but then the ECG leads stopped working and nothing I tried could get them working again. I submitted a ticket to customer service and within a matter of days they sent me a replacement, even including the engraving I had on the original. They didn't ask me to return the defective unit, and the entire process was fast and pretty much frictionless. The replacement hardware works perfectly and I couldn't be happier. If you're sitting on the fence, I would encourage you to step into the 21'st century and get one. You won't be disappointed.”

“The capabilities of the Eko are great, however the amount of background and interference that the Stethescope picks up is horrible. I default to using my old "non-amplified" basic one.”
