It's so smooth & clean, the way it rides so beautifully, I feel safe & secure all while looking swagged out with the blue lights.lol had 2 scooters before (xiaomi m365& ninebot max) where first wasn't made for my height & the second customer service sucked, but this here explorer from Apollo Scooters is top notch all around. Only flaw was getting it open & closed when I got it because the latch was tight, however got that fixed by an associate of theirs named Pete who has a spot here in NYC. All great things to say about this scooter. This is a grown man in a field of little boys. Great job Apollo, the explorer is top tier. Loving it so far. Have had this beast for a week & been in love every single day with it. Highly recommended. Apollo scooters 5 stars& 2 thumbs up on the explorer.”

“Just received my Apollo Explore and am quite pleased. 30 mph is plenty fast, I would say 20-25 is plenty on paved roads, 15 plenty on loose gravel roads and 5-10 on trails. Haven't tested the distance limits yet but I'm guessing it will be as advertised, I've got 30 miles on it and haven't had it below the 3/4 battery mark. The suspension is great what an improvement over those hard tired scooters you can rent. It's a little weak on hills and tooling around on grass is good, it takes a little more juice because of the rolling resistance. The front light is only adequate not really bright enough to light your way, brake lights are good though.
Downside- I am a city dweller and it would be nice to have a key and turn signals though, I mean no key? I want the Apollo Pro now, the two wheel drive I think would power the hills better and on the trails it would be nice for powering over tree roots and rocks. Plus I need another scooter so I can bring a friend!”
“My wife and I purchased these, and we're absolutely blown away. These scooters are extremely fast. As we ride, people are amazed at the speed and how cool we look blazing on by, on road and off road. At night the LEDs are shining bright and make the scooter look very badass. I honestly had no idea that the explore scooter would be so strong. It feels like I am on a cloud, the suspension is so cushiony and bouncy.
The customer service was excellent and made me feel confident that if any issues arise that they would be there to help. They were very accommodating during the wait period for the scooters.

“I've had my Apollo Explore for just over a week now and have about 150 KM on it. Some of the things that I like about the scooter are its suspension, handling, and lighting equipment and it's advertised speed/range. Their customer service is also helpful and fast at responding to queries.
However, here are some of the unfortunate things I've experienced with Apollo and the scooter. The first thing I experience dealing with Apollo is how long the wait is for receiving items. It took about 5 weeks for my scooter to arrive and still waiting for some accessories that still hasn't arrived. The current ETA mentioned is September. The original ETA was supposed to be July 20-23.
In regards to the scooter finally arriving, the Command Centre was damage (deep scratches) when it arrived and contacted the day I received it regarding the damage, however since it was just deep scratches and not cracked, I was told that it wasn't replaceable under Warranty. So a bit disappointed on this part as I've waited long and didn't get a perfect scooter out of the box.
In addition, after having the scooter for a day, I also experienced the rattling of the rear fender at mode 2 speed. Looked into it further and it was missing 2 screws that should have been there.
Another inconvenient mishap was that the brake caliphers we're not properly tuned. As it came out of the box with Apollo's Pre Shipping quality control, I was expecting not to be doing any adjustments after just having the scooter for just over a week. It was however easy enough to adjust them through their video on How To on their YouTube Chanel. But still inconvenient.
