“First off, my Explore meets or exceeds all of the claimed performance specs from Apollo's website. It is comfortable, feels safe and incredibly well constructed.
My customer service experience has been great from the very beginning to this current moment. I had A LOT of questions before buying, and Max was awesome. He answered every question I had, offered great and educated advice, and even got me moved up on the wait-list when the opportunity became available. That is the kind of personal service you just don't get these days.
Shortly after receiving my scooter, I joined the ranks of many riders who have crashed their scooter. Nothing serious, but I did do some damage to my new ride. I was terribly upset with myself and frustrated when I reached out to the service team at Apollo. Jon took amazing care of me and my scooter during the repair process, and again, I couldn't have been more satisfied. This unfortunate situation went as painless as possible through the efforts, response, and expertise from Jon and his colleague Eloi.

“My Explore came in late May. I wanted to put some miles on it so I could give it a real review. Well, I've put 108 miles on it and I am so in love!!! This is a solid, well built scooter! This scooter is so much fun! My husband has a Zero 10x and in comparable modes, the explore blows it away! He has to put the 10x in Dual motor turbo mode to beat me off the line. In fairness, He is taller and weighs more than me. So that probably contributes. The ride on the Explore is a dream! I have yet to out ride its distance capabilities. I live in Alaska, and there are a lot of hills. You will encounter hills anywhere you go. The Explore handles hills like a boss! My brakes have gotten a workout up here in Alaska, and I haven't had any problem. I have the Regen set on the recommended 3, and the only thing I noticed is when the Regen kicks off I have to apply the brakes a little harder. Still the Brakes handle the steep downhills perfectly. Alaska is hard on everything, and the Apollo Explore has been up to the challenge and surpassed my expectations! The people at Apollo are the best there is. Friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I really am very Happy I chose The Apollo scooter Co. and that I purchased the Explore.

“Owned mine for just about 2 weeks now. I'm 6'7" and weight between 280 and 290 lbs. I know I'm over the weight limit of the Explore by about 20 or so lbs but let me tell you, you wouldn't know it with this scooter. From the moment you take it out of the box to the first ride, you know you bought a high quality scooter.
I own several other scooters from other brands, and when doing research to find something a bit better for a big guy like myself, I came across Apollo. I called the customer service line and they were awesome walking me through the options and what would work best for me. No sales pitch, just my use case and what would be doing with it. They recommended the Explore and I ordered right away.
It came well packed with an attention to detail and well protected. I unpacked it in earnest and got it charging right away. I took a look at the guide and the informative videos Apollo has on YouTube and was able to get everything dialed in just like I like it and wasn't left with any questions. The tires and the suspension make the ride nice and smooth (even for a big guy like me) and the power is darn good. I am able to make it up hills while slowly accelerating which has never happen to me before! Friends and family are wowed by the design and lighting at night (its awesome trust me) and several are going to order their own here soon based upon being able to experience mine.
