“Very happy with the quality of the product but somewhat disappointed after jumping on in riding it. It seemed fine at first. Playing around with it in the non-sport mode. No problem. Put it in sport mode was a different story. Very aggressive and daunting to me. I'm able to handle the start up and the speed but the brakes are grabbing and as scary as shit. Not sure if there's something wrong with the brakes. I don't think they should be grabbing like they are. I need to speak to someone and that is my biggest problem. I cannot get someone on the phone.”
“Up until purchasing these I've only used rental scooters. Their primary use is for mobility through the infield of large race tracks. Last week at Watkins Glen they were perfect. It's not uncommon for us to walk 15+ miles during a weekend and at temps of over 85 it's draining. These allowed us to move around the infield numerous times to watch from different vantage points.
Can't wait till the next race. Until then we'll use them around home ant at the local park.
Thank you!
Kevin”
“The Phantom is everything I expected. It's powerful enough to tackle demanding hills, especially in Sport mode (two motors working).
It's stylish looking and feels strong (albeit, it does have some weight 77 lbs)
Biggest Improvements needed;
In NYC or anywhere, how can you not have a locking mechanism or maybe input a code to turn on the system for security.
In 2022, it would be nice to have it synced to an app for stats, gps, mapping.
Front fender does rattles.
Display hard to see in sunlight and while riding with a Motorcycle helmet on.
Don't want to take my eyes off the road, so I would suggest voice prompts.
When changing into Sport mode, a digital voice or sound indicating such would be nice.
When hitting certain speeds (20 mph, 25 mph, 30 mph), instead of looking down to see, a digital voice indicating speed would be nice.”
“I bought an Apollo Phantom V2 and a folding lock. Everything showed up on time and worked perfectly. I thought I had a warranty issue, hence went to FFR in Miami and was helped by Edgar. Top notch experience, there was beating about the bush. Essentially the issue was my naiveness but I wasn't made to feel stupid, instead Edgar explained everything and even let me test ride another scooter to highlight one w the issue.....My Phantom is great.”
“I buy a Apollo Ghost months bad and the scooter it self is solid . Unfortunately my back fender broke , I contact customer service and it's been moths now and so far no answer from them. The way they handle the issues takes every good thing about the scooter. I want to inform everyone before purchasing that even if you Pay insurance they will not handle the issue they you want or might have to find another way to fix any upcoming issues in the future don't get me wrong the scooters are solid but the way they will handle the Matter is a 0 very disappointing on that part.”
Hi Alex Romero,
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your Apollo Ghost scooter. Please note that the Apollo ghost is not a scooter that we sell. Therefore, i would suggest you contact your vendor directly for service. BR
