“Out of the box the brake pads were rubbing against the rotor. Contacted support, quick response, and was able to get it resolved easily. Other than that this is an awesome scooter! Upgraded coming from a Ninebot max G30P. Very noticeable difference in quality!”
“The scooter (Apollo phantom) is amazing! Very quick and turns heads everywhere I go. My one complaint is that the charger and charging port spark when they touch for some odd reason. One of the ports got burned to a crisp from the last time I attempted to charge the scooter. Now I'm left with just one working port. I emailed customer service and the sent out another port for replacement. I believe that it could be a manufacturing issue . Maybe it's something within the scooter or something. Some wires may be touching somewhere. . I have emailed customer about possibly getting another scooter. I think it may even be a faulty charger as well. This is not normal for a scooter to spark or catch fire resulting in a burned port. Oh! The charger was not plugged in when I attempted to connect the port . So I don't know what the issue is. “Well I've owned a front wheel 500watt motorized scooter for 3 years. It's Max speed was 15 mph. I've watched and waited for battery technology vs output as well as distance to level out. Apollo has aligned all parameters to give you a very powerful scooter but also very controllable well-balanced and aesthetically pleasing. I've only had it for a few weeks I have the V2 and I am way over emphasizing how fun it is to ride. Going from a small Segway to this is a very large leap in class. And recently I broke my display, and had it replaced within a week they were very quick and responsive to my needs and I was kept in the loop as far as shipping. Overall a great experience can't wait till it gets a little warmer so I can ride more.”
