“I got an emove cruiser from voromotors last year and it was not good. It took 2 months to get, and after it got just a tiny bit wet and it crapped out. I replaced the controller twice and it happened again both times, despite actually sealing the compartment the second time.
About a month ago I got an Apollo phantom from fluid free ride. It came in less than a week. I didn't know good from bad when I got the emove, so I thought it was a good scooter. NOW I know what a good scooter is. The phantom is just ridiculous in its ride quality, power, and tolerance for a little water. I would buy another in A SECOND.”
“Blew a flat less than 30 days in. Not covered by warranty. No replacement tubes in stock. Support tried to help and sent a link to tubes on Amazon. They didn't fit either. Had this scooter for 2 months, been unusable for half of that time and no ability to get parts to fix it. Buy a scooter with more durable tires or replacement tubes available. Maybe I'll be able to change my review at some point but hard to praise a $2000, 88lb paperweight.”
“After owning Phantom V1 and now having the the V2 I can for sure say I can feel a big difference in the reinforcement of the gooseneck. Performance is the same, for handling it's more stable by far compared to v1 on the higher speeds. It's nothing but great so far, I use it to get to work and I have nothing but praises to give.”
“I've had my Phantom about eight months now, and I love this thing. It's comfortable, well made, and fast... even when I ride on broken pavement there are no rattles or creaks. I'm 6'2" - 220lbs and this scooter positively launches me to 35mph, then climbs to 40-41mph (according to the display). I have not found a hill this thing couldn't climb, and I've gone up some so steep that I was afraid to come down. Shout-out to "Fluid free ride", every time I've called I actually got a live person that answered the phone. And when I ordered spare parts (brake pads, inner tubes, etc.) they gave me a nice customer discount. I would definitely buy from them again!”

“The Apollo Phantom V2 has, thus far, exceeded my expectations. My first e-scooter was a Segway Ninebot Max, my second a Kaabo Mantis 10, and my third is this Phantom. I love the Ninebot and the Kaabo but the Phantom is my current favorite. Super solid feeling build. Enormous power and speed which is especially appreciated while traveling in the hilly areas of my town. The lighting is superb and the turn-indicator lights work well. The p-settings controller is easy to manipulatel. I feel that I received great value for the money spent on this machine.”
