“The build quality and value for price is amazing. The fit and finish is too notch. I love the inclusion of built in turn signals. It is more stable than an ES4, and super easy for first time riders to get comfortable. The speed controller is well tuner so you never feel the acceleration pull or have wheel spin. The lack of protection underneath the scooter is almost enough to remove a star, but this was never meant to drop off curbs, but to get you from A to B smoothly.”
“Daughter likes it but it definitely doesn't have the pickup power as some others. I would highly suggest you wait for it on sale. Smooth scooter and feels well built.”
“I ordered a scooter off of this website. The money was returned the next day, and an email sent stating my card was picked up on fraud and i would need to make a payment through an invoice on paypal. I emailed several times and called in reference to the invoice on paypal to complete this purchase. I then receive an email from another employee stating how the do not process payments through paypal at all. I inquired about the employee and why i was told they did. No response as of yet. SUPER SKETCHY and frustrating.”
“Is great if you are located on flat territory.¬†
My ride ... is not good. Cruise control does not work. Very small hills reduces speed quite a bit (no real power), headlight has come loose, cruise control doesn't work, cover for Display screen fell off while riding today.
It will do 18mph with tailwind. Usually 16mph. Which is fine. Better than walking.
It has saved me an hour of walking to and from work daily 1.8 miles each way and a lot on Lyft. So yeay!
If you have a flat commute it's perfect. Distance will probably be 8 or so.
Not for me. Hopefully get Horizon instead.
Otherwise a great scoot”
Hi Albert - Sorry to hear you were not happy with the Cityrider. For hilly terrain, the Horizon would indeed be better. I just checked and saw the your issues and concerns have been taken care of.
“The scooter is well build, I like the skateboard look of the base. The speedometer and turning lights are cool. I wish it had a bell! Speed wise is good enough for me, I've done about 30Km/h which is as much as I'd want to do in a scooter anyway. The handlebars are a bit tall, I'm 5'7" and they're fine but for my shorter girlfriend they are uncomfortable. I've had it for about a month and so far I love it!”
“I've ridden this scooter 4 times now and I really like it so far. I live in a somewhat hilly area and on mode 2, and this scooter does handle it pretty well. I especially like the design, and how it's not really heavy. I do wish the handbrakes were more responsive though. The one drawback is the battery life, which is expected since it's stated pretty clearly in the product info. Still, a very enjoyable ride!”
