“This scooter is smooth riding, each of the 3 levels provide a good amount of speed. I do have hills where I live and so far it gets up them well enough. Two things that are bugging me are; it does have weight to it, 40 lbs might feel light to some people, I do workout and can lift over 20 lbs, (lol) literally have to squat down and not hurt my back to pick up. Second, lowering the front bar is not easy, the latch is tight or something. I will find out if there is a way to easily unlock it when putting it down. I also get people asking me about this scooter as I'm riding the streets, they see its a better made model than others.”

“My wife and I love the scooter we purchased. My only suggest would be a safety update to your firmware, that when you power on the scooters the default gear is gear one, not maximum speed/power of gear three”
