“I used to ride a Hiboy 350W scooter and after riding my Horizon, it's night and day. The 500W motor allows me to climb hills around my commute of 6 miles one way that the Hiboy struggled with. Plus the front and back shocks is much softer on my legs during the commute. Only thing i had issue is the back fender. I received my Horizon with a broken fender during shipping, and i noticed it right away as i unboxed my Horizon. After the trip to the office, it didn't survive the journey and lost it somewhere. My commute involves passisng thru an old service road parallel to the highway, but it's not properly maintained and has tons of cracks on the road. All of the violent road vibration broke off the rear fender. Adam from Freeride replaced it right away, installed it, and unfortunately it broke again. I'm not sure if it's the plastic that the fender is made out of thats brittle? So i don't have back fender on my new Horizon. Other than that, it's a fabulous scooter.”
“I get to and from work with this scooter every day, now. It has cut way down on our gas expenses and it fold up small enough that I never have to worry about parking. I also found that if you extend the handlebars about 4 inches, the scooter will stand straight up supported by placing its back wheel and handlebars on the ground.”

“I bought a swagtron scooter which only lasted 2 months before it took a nosedive and started dying mid ride all the time. The horizon scooter and the swagtron can't even be in the same category. It's like night and day. The horizon is very robust and the quality is amazing... very solid unit. I'm impressed. I highly suggest you spend a bit more money on a quality product and not buy a swagtron. I wouldn't even consider putting the swagtron and the horizon in the same category. I love this scooter.”
