“Brand new on first use after first charge my top speed maxed out at 22mph. However, after second charge top speed dropped to 20mph. Not too sure how I feel about that, will update after a few more charges.”
“I ride to and from work every day on this thing and it holds up well. Its solid. I weigh about 160 with my backpack. It gets up to 12mph in mode 1. 18 mph in gear 2 and 22 or 23 mph in gear 3. its plenty fast, although I wish it hit what was advertised. My lingering concern is the stability of the body of the vertical construction: it wobbles. If i am stationary and rock the handle back and forth. the whole front part wobbles back and forth and that makes me worry. Other than that the scooter works fine. As long as that vertical body holds, i have no real issues.”
the folding mechanism can be adjusted to make it tighter and remove (most of) the wobble. Have a look at this article:

“The scooter feels very stable, and the handlebar is solid. The lighting is great, and setup is a breeze. Intuitive operation, but the rear drum brake is rather "choppy". I'm 155 lbs and top speed on flat ground with a full battery is about 22mph, once battery life starts going down top speed takes a hit.”
“I rode scooter one day and found out it was not suitable for my commute. When I contacted customer service was told tough luck you rode it you own it we dont take returns and was sent a link to return policy. Long behold it doesnt say they take returns it says that MAY NOT. So they pick and choose. But then it says it wanted to exchange for other model can be accommodated and must pay return shipping after i was told that i have got no return answer. And thats sad cause its a good scooter but who doesnt take returns after 2 days of being delivered”
“I just bought mine few weeks ago and I'm really amazed by it ... No regrets that I bought this after almost a month of reading and watching some reviews... It's not the high speed scooter however it's really good when I use it at my work which is 4miles away from my home I can use it for 2-3days without charging...”
“I use it since 2 weeks now for commute (living at San Francisco with lot of hills and awful roads conditions, that's important for my review). It's a good scooter for the price. It goes pretty fast but never more than 21/22 mph (the 25 mph advertised is not realistic). It's ok for me because with the dense car circulation, it's dangerous anyway to go too fast. I don't really feel the suspension system working well. Indeed, I commute on a bumpy road and you can feel each pot holes, probably due to the fact that the rear wheel is a solid rubber one. I think people would be agreed to pay a little bit more to have also an inflated rear wheel, because without, all the suspension system is kind of useless. On the hills, the fact to have only one motor is a negative point. You still go faster than regular e-scooter but not so much (around 14 mph when the battery is full) and I didn't try on steepest streets. Otherwise it's a solid scooter, the lights are pretty cool and I said, for the price it's not so bad., I still recommend it.”
“Do you want to make sure those who are hesitant of dropping $699 on a scooter never do so? Then make sure you charge a 10% restocking fee for opening the box. In addition, you should also charge a %20 fee for saying the scooter's name and a 30% fee for thinking about the scooter.”
Maybe the formulation is a bit strict but we unfortunately cannot afford to ship out scooters just for trial.
So far we have not charged a restocking fee just because the box was opened or the scooter had been taken out.
If you become a customer we can convince you of our excellent customer service.
