“I am very pleased with my Horizon. Good acceleration, durable, high quality ... but I had to remove the kickstand because it is dangerous going over low curbs or uneven surfaces. The kickstand, when retracted, protrudes from the bottom casing. When the protrusion snags on a curb or uneven pavement, the Horizon eScooter stops abruptly and could throw you off, particularly at slow speeds. After two incidents, I remove it altogether for safety reasons. Luckily, I was not injured.”
“I have been using the horizon scooter for 3 weeks now as my daily commuter to work. I have a 3 mile ride to the office in Washington DC and it takes only 15 minutes to get there. This is by far the fastest mode of transportation in the city. I love the full suspension that easily handles bumps on the road and sidewalk. I have been able to hit a top speed of 24 mph on a flat surface with little wind. I constantly get asked about the scooter and always recommend people to fluid free ride!”
“Purchased the scooter for my college freshman son, who's a 250lb football player. I was shopping for an entry level model and was hesitant to spend the $700, but he needed something sturdier because of his weight. We assembled it on the sidewalk outside of his dorm at night. We were done in minutes and it was obvious that the features and the quality of the scooter were outstanding. I rode it and bounced around on it and felt comfortable with the assembly and performance. It's a little on the heavy side, but that seems to add to the solid feel. I've continued to ask him over the past month if he's satisfied and he likes it. Wish I had purchased it when the $100 disc was available, but overall it looks like a good buy.”
“So far FFR has been amazing with customer service as everyone has already said. Ordered and received Horizon within 2 days. The scooter itself looks and feels like batman's backup backup backup scooter he gave to Robin lol.
Anyhow, About 6 mile commute already and the scooter really performed well. seems really well made. Price point is also insane. My co-worker couldn't stop comparing to another very popular brand and he was amazed at the build quility for this price. I'll update my review in a few months of usage. (11/15/19 ;)
My only, only critique so far is that the kickstand could use a little tlc. it is a little short and doesn't seem to stay on. The kickstand on my scooter was not attached and while trying to fix seems like it might be missing a bolt and the bolt isn't long enough. ndb :)”

“I am very happy with the service and with the scooter. When I emailed FF I got a direct phone call from Peter and he answered all my questions.
Delivery and set up were both quick, I received my scooter within three days of ordering. I was initially worried about the steering column locking pin because it did not settle all the way into the groove to hold it vertical but after a couple days it settled in fine naturally.
Ignore YouTube videos that show the horizon going off road because it is not suitable for that but it is outstanding for commuting on city streets and sidewalks. I have 40 miles on mine so far with no issues.
I recommend buying the E-Took lock as well because it is very functional, I liked it so much I bought another one for my electric bike.”
