“Ordered a scooter and it arrived after 13 days not as described in the website that stated 3 to 5 days.. in that time I didn't get a curtesy email saying why the scooter was late. I sent 2 messages through the website and didn't even get an answer. The scooter i had bought didn't meet our expectations and we wanted to swap it for something else to do that i was going to be charged for the return shipping which I didn't agree on since the scooter came 7 days late in the first place when i called costumer service they didn't want to bargain with me so i just returned the scooter and asked for a full refund. I'd rather spend my good money someplace else.”

“First of all I would like to start about FedEx delivery, the item wasn't picked up until after three days of my initial order so 3 to 5 days delivery statement is not accurate I had to wait 10 days to get delivery besides that I received the item on Saturday. When the package was on the truck for delivery I received an email from the sender informing me that I should be expecting delivery and be at home for signature required package. But FedEx tracking system, stated that and farther, calling the FedEx on the phone stated that home deliveries do not occur during the weekend, so I should expect a delivery on Monday. But miraculously package was left in front of my door without getting any signature on Saturday. So I was happy and excited that I received a package unexpectedly.
The box was somewhat intact, but had some damages which did not affect the scooter because the packaging inside which is pretty insulated and it was protecting the scooter pretty well.
After my initial a ride with the brand new scooter, I start noticing lots of squeaking noise from the brakes and lots of cracking noise from the front and the back suspensions. After watching some of their videos, I realized I had to switch part of my house into a repair shop to disassemble some of the parts of the brakes and get them adjust the discs so that they don't rub against the brake pads. For the suspensions, it required me to remove the wheels and lubricate all the connected parts for the suspensions.
But I was lucky enough to live in Miami so I took the scooter to their repair shop. After waiting for a day I return to retrieve the scooter expecting everything is smooth, Brakes were kind of OK but cracking noise on the suspensions were the same!.
In addition to purchasing the scooter I also purchase the upgraded version of the throttle so I asked a repair shop also switch to a new one which they did.
So they didn't know why this was 100% completely fixed they offered me a used one which was serviced already in their repair shop and was a smooth ride scooter with a 1.2mile on it. So I excepted the offer to replace the scooter with $850 price tag on it.
But i am stuck with the old throttle and will try to replace it myself unfortunately.
I wish for the new customers to have better experience with their purchase.
