WideWheel PRO CLE Edition with keylock Reviews

I had extremely high hopes for this, unfortunately I wish I had done more extensive research on the cons before I had gotten it. The material is rather cheap, the brakes are very grindy, the handlebars make snapping noises while riding and I'm scared they will break on me, as I've read about multiple other people who have experienced tires and handlebars breaking off mid-ride. This thing is definitely meant for a smooth passage way and not city streets. The rims bend easily with bumps. Be prepared to have to upgrade it among getting it. I also have to constantly tighten my brakes, which I wish I wouldn't have to do. I highly recommend safety gear, the falls can be really nasty. There is a Facebook group dedicated to the pro as well as many Reddit posts where people post their concerns for the safety of the ride. The turns and acceleration are difficult to adapt to if you're a new rider. I also had scuffs on my lcd screen, making me think it may be refurbished. It overall is very fun but I wish I had made another choice as I am riding around Chicago. I wish it could have safer brakes and handlebars.

My name is Ricky Raleigh North Carolina 60 years old I bought it as a semi handicap scooter I'm also not dead so I like a little bit of power I'm sorry I like a lot of power and a lot of comfort I meant I had to get used to it the first 3 days after that I could use the regular throttle and maintain cruise control at 3 miles an hour oh 18 miles an hour and anywhere in between the cruise control is really nice the bike has plenty of power and it is not bad comfortability even with the solid tires in which I do not ever have to change if you're thinking about buying a wide wheel Pro all I can say is do it after the first three days I have enjoyed this scooter immensely I had to upgrade the seat a little bit a little longer seatpost a new seat for my wide butt thats understandable cuz the bike is made in China and it's probably made for a hundred pound Chinese boy and I'm a 200lb gringo and I put a support on the seat post which was real easy to do fluid Freeride went above and beyond to make sure my purchase went smoothly thank you for the team at fluid Freeride buy you one today I'm sure you will not regret it

First off, this thing is very fun and its an unusual sight where I live because they haven't caught on as much just yet. I received the scooter assembled in the box, unfolded it and rode it within 30 minutes of receiving the package. The build quality is great and the acceleration is unmatched. The only reason I haven't issued a 5 star review is because the suspension was rather rusted upon delivery which caused alot of squeaking, I figured maybe there was humidity in the trucks/warehouses it shipped from. Anyways I took it to my workshop and upon disassembling the front wheel to get to the spring to lubricate it, I noticed the screw which tightens the coil suspension in place was totally loose on one side and nearly unscrewed on the other which could've caused a dangerous scenario. I also noticed a bend/dent on that front rim towards the outer edge but it didn't bother me too much because you the foam tires mitigate the obstruction but keep in mind there was only 2 miles of light riding on the odometer. There is one paint chip where it looks like something fell on it towards the back tire on the side of the deck, I noticed that when I unboxed it upon delivery . But after lubricating the suspension and tightening the loose screws the rest of the issues didn't bother me as much. All in all the product itself is great and the customer service with fluidfreeride has been exceptional, I wont let a few mishaps with assembly get in the way of an honest review.

Speechless although second day I had it riding and I don't know I had a curb jumped the curb or whatever and I broke my back rim I have to say I don't know if I'm at fault or if it's poor design

I use the WW Pro for taking my kids around the neighborhood. It is more stable than some of the other scooters I've tried. Also alot of fun for an adult.

Had some questions about my order and Customer Service reps were mostly non-responsive and inattentive. They also did not follow-up even when they said they would.

It's the best purchase I have ever bought! Such a blast out on the trails!!! Where should I go to look for brakes and tires for when it's time to replace?
